Refund policy

Applicable Refunds
A refund will be given under the following circumstances:

  • The item you received is not at a satisfactory level that you expected. This means if the print quality came out wrong, or item is defective or damaged.
  • When ordering a custom item, our team will send you a render preview for you to approve or make some additional changes to the artwork. If for a valid reason you do not want to approve the artwork, you are entitled for a full refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Non-applicable Refunds
A refund will be Not be given under the following circumstances:

  • When ordering a custom item, our team will send you an email with a render preview of your artwork for you to approve or make some changes. If you do not reply to that email, we will send you a warning email stating that you have not replied to our email in which to choose whether you would want to approve or make some changes to the artwork. If we still did not receive any response or reply on the 3rd email, we will process the order automatically. You will not be entitled for any refund if you are not satisfied with the artwork once it's been delivered to you.
  • We advise all our customers when ordering a black apparel item with a black vehicle on it to change the color of the apparel item to a lighter color which would help in contrasting the vehicle onto the apparel item. If you wanted to move forward with the black apparel item and you received the item and is not satisfied with the result because of a contrasting issue, you will not be entitled for a refund.
  • If you ordered the wrong size or wrong variant and the item arrived or is in transit to you. We will not issue a refund. However we will send you another item with the correct size and variant you requested at wholesale price. Email us at info@motorelement.store for such cases.
  • Motor Element is not responsible if the address was given wrongly or with missing parts which could affect final delivery. Our order records come directly with what ever address you provide us, meaning you think you sent the full address our website does not hide any vital address details. Moreover if this case were to happen we will verify with you the full address and re-send the item in which you'll cover the delivery costs and re-processing fee.
  • If the custom item was purchased as a gift for a significant other and both part ways during shipping/transit time. Motor Element is not responsible for issuing refunds.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@motorelement.store 


ACCIDENTAL ORDER

In case you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, the wrong variant or the wrong size and the item has not yet been shipped out, please send us an E-Mail at info@motorelement.store as soon as possible and make your corrections accordingly.

As we are being charged for such refunds, we will apply a refund fee that varies and depends on the refund amount that has been requested.
